Job Description

As an Operations Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the India Operations function. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless execution of processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement to support business growth. To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of sales operations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence across all operational activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Sales Support & Collaboration:** - Partner closely with the Country Head, Product Managers, and Sales Leaders to support and exceed sales targets. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Service teams. - Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for sales processes, driving operational excellence from lead to order. - Support tender and GeM-related processes in collaboration with business teams. - Work collaboratively with operations teams globally to align operational goals and enhance overall sales effectiveness. - **Strategic Planning & Analytics:** - Lead the monthly forecasting, estimating, and business planning processes. - Provide strategic data analysis to support quality decision-making. - Ensure accurate reporting of performance metrics and deliver insightful dashboards to senior leadership. - **Channel Management:** - Facilitate the Channel recruitment and termination processes. - Oversee the Contracts renewal process of Channel and OEM. - Administer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Partnership Plans process for Channel Partners. - Manage communication rollouts and pricing updates for Channel Partners. - **Team Lead:** - Provide leadership and direction to the operations team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - **Process Optimization & Systems Integration:** - Engage with global systems teams to ensure seamless sales process execution. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using relevant methodologies. - Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations. - **Compensation Plan Administration:** - Collaborate with the Regional Compensation Manager to design and finalize annual compensation plans. - Establish annual sales targets and distribute individual plan documents to team members. - **Project Management:** - Handle specific projects identified for Business Growth and improving Sales effectiveness. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in business, Operations, or a related field. - Minimum 12 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a sales-driven organization. - Proven experience with forecasting, business analytics, and process optimization. - Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP (preferably SAP), and performance management tools. - Excellent leadership, team management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. - Strategic thinking abilities to contribute to regional strategies and drive performance.
