Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales Operations Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the success of the sales organization by providing the necessary tools, processes, insights, and support. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, managing data efficiently, enabling technology, and fostering collaboration to enhance efficiency and drive performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency. - Monitor and manage end-to-end sales procedures to identify and address process inefficiencies for improved productivity. - Establish and enforce data quality standards, conduct data hygiene audits, and provide feedback/training to maintain reliable data. - Oversee CRM administration to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and analyze sales data for growth opportunities. - Lead the implementation of a new CRM platform, manage the sales technology stack, and implement new sales tools to improve team capabilities. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align goals and initiatives. - Develop and lead a team of sales operations analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and setting team goals/KPIs. - Build accurate sales forecasting models, track performance against targets, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. - Support annual planning efforts related to sales hierarchy, data governance, and organizational alignment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related fields. - Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and sales enablement technologies. - Experience managing sales operations for a team of 30+ quota-carrying representatives. - Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and experience in cross-functional collaboration and team leadership.,
