This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, develop strategies for domestic and international markets, and make a direct impact on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and enhancing brand value.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership


  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer insights, and competitor movements.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.


Sales & Business Development


  • Drive sales growth in both domestic and export markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.


Marketing & Brand Management


  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, trade shows, events).
  • Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across channels.
  • Collaborate with external agencies/vendors for promotional activities.


Product & Customer Management


  • Partner with product development teams to align products with market needs.
  • Manage product launches and lifecycle strategies.
  • Gather customer feedback, implement loyalty/retention initiatives, and resolve concerns efficiently.


Performance & Reporting


  • Track, analyze, and present sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven results.


Qualifications & Skills


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).


Experience


  • 10–12 years of overall sales & marketing experience (FMCG / Pharma).
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Business Development
  • Fragrances, Cosmetics, or Personal Care (domestic & export markets).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading marketing campaigns.
  • Team management and cross-functional collaboration experience.


Salary


We will pay a salary of Rs 15000 per month on remote basis
