About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our web development company. The COO will be responsible for driving business growth, building a strong sales and marketing function, and expanding our international presence. This individual will play a critical role in scaling the business by increasing revenue by at least 40% and ensuring operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve 40% revenue growth within agreed timelines.
  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Expand the company’s international exposure and establish new business opportunities across global markets.
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Implement efficient systems, processes, and performance metrics to drive business scalability.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute the company’s strategic vision.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
  • Foster a strong company culture based on accountability, innovation, and customer success.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as COO, VP of Operations, or senior leadership role in a technology or web development company.
  • Strong track record in sales growth, business development, and international expansion.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, forecasting, and operational strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
