Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying and building client relationships, creating promotional campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and overseeing sales performance. The role requires a strategic approach to both local and regional market trends to support the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy and Client Relationship Management skills
• Expertise in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Campaign Execution
• Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Performance Metrics Interpretation
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to design and implement both short-term and long-term marketing plans
• Understanding of hospitality or travel industry trends is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field ( Hospitality or Tourism preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing software is a plus
