Role Overview The Manager – Marketing & Sales (North Region) will lead regional business growth by driving revenue, expanding customer networks, and executing effective go-to-market strategies. This role demands a proven performer who can combine strong relationship management with data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities in the North region. Lead negotiations, finalize orders, and ensure timely collection of payments. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategy. Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams for seamless project delivery. Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports with data-driven insights. Mentor and lead regional sales teams to achieve targets. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales, preferably in inks, coatings, packaging & chemicals industries. Strong market network and proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets. Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
