Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Niruthi, your role involves driving revenue growth through identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will research potential markets, develop effective sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Key Responsibilities: - Research prospective accounts, pursue leads, and secure successful agreements - Understand target markets, industry dynamics, and client needs to develop suitable strategies - Develop a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction - Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients - Collaborate with Product and IT teams to ensure customer requirements are met - Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations - Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within your assigned area - Monitor sales progress to ensure corporate goals are met - Track all business-related invoices - Possess a strong understanding of company products, industry competition, and market positioning - Stay updated on the latest industry developments and competitors Requirements: - Closing skills, motivation for sales, and prospecting skills - Sales planning, selling to customer needs, and territory management - Meeting sales goals and professionalism - Market knowledge in Agro-Chemical/Agri Inputs/Commodities Business - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - 4-5 years of sales experience - Clear verbal and written communication skills - Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential Qualification: - BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing or BSc (Agriculture) with MBA in Agri Business or Sales & Marketing Niruthi, founded by Dr. Ramakrishna Nemani, a retired NASA scientist, integrates satellite, weather station, and mobile data into simulation models powered by Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.
