The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales objectives with marketing initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience. The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, manage a team to ensure smooth workflows, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include team management, achieving sales targets, project planning and execution, and maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery while fostering a positive workplace environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and deliver exceptional experiences. Proven ability in Team Leadership and overseeing daily studio operations, ensuring team collaboration and efficiency. Experience in Sales with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals and drive revenue growth. Proficiency in Project Management to handle studio activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Ability to work independently while managing a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Previous experience in studio management and/or photography industry is an advantage. Additional education or certifications related to management, photography, or customer service would be an asset.
