Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Manager based in Bengaluru. The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, manage a team to ensure smooth workflows, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include team management, achieving sales targets, project planning and execution, and maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Proven ability in Team Leadership and overseeing daily studio operations, ensuring team collaboration and efficiency.
• Experience in Sales with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Project Management to handle studio activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Ability to work independently while managing a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Previous experience in studio management and/or photography industry is an advantage.
• Additional education or certifications related to management, photography, or customer service would be an asset.
