Neuedge Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. has been established on 11th May, 2022 by a team of dedicated personnel under the leadership of

country’s one of the young, dynamic, eminent haemato-pathologist Dr. Rajesh Kumar Bhola who carries the vision to provide people of Odisha

with laboratory healthcare solutions, not just values. The 1st laboratory was established & started functioning on 1st Feb, 2024 which is located strategically in front of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. It has extended its laboratory further on 30th April, 2025.


It’s Odisha’s one of the best emerging diagnostics centers & 1st of its kind of laboratory with focus on hematology, flow cytometry,

histopathology & immunology tests including routine tests. It’s managed by a team of laboratory experts who are trained from country’s top

institutions like CMC (Vellore) & NIMS (Hyderabad) having years of experience in their fields in some of the reputed institutions of the city.

We have a common objective to bring in accurate results at an affordable price accessible to all for a better clinical support & best patient

outcome.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Manager at Neuedge Diagnostics Pvt Ltd, located in Bhubaneswar. The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, identifying potential leads and opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets, preparing sales reports, coordinating promotional activities, and attending marketing events and trade shows.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Market analysis, lead generation, and identifying opportunities
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in managing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in preparing sales reports and coordinating with sales teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
