Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented FMCG sales professional to drive primary and secondary sales, manage distributor networks, and lead a field sales team. The role focuses on market expansion, target achievement, and strong retailer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive sales targets in assigned territory
Appoint, manage & motivate distributors and retailers
Lead, train & monitor field sales team
Ensure market coverage, visibility & product placement
Execute promotional schemes & trade activities
Analyze sales data and submit regular reports
Handle claims, collections & inventory coordination

Candidate Profile:

Experience in FMCG field sales
Strong knowledge of distributor & retail management
Team handling and leadership skills
Target-driven with good negotiation skills
Willingness to do extensive field work
