Job Purpose: To lead business development and client acquisition efforts by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective strategy, communication, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate gifting, promotional displays, and branding solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and production teams to deliver customized solutions. Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Manage end-to-end project coordination from order confirmation to delivery. Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing, and new trends. Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events. Maintain an updated database of leads and sales reports using CRM tools or Excel. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management. Qualifications & Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field). 4–8 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales (experience in corporate gifting, branding, or promotional industry preferred). Strong client relationship management and networking skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel for client meetings and project supervision.
