Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product selection, pricing strategies, and stock levels. Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to manage replenishments and markdowns. Visual Merchandising: Develop in-store and online product presentations that are visually appealing and consistent with brand standards. Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, buying, and design departments to ensure cohesive seasonal campaigns and product launches. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and keep up with market trends to identify opportunities for growth or product differentiation. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and merchandising strategies for senior management. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field, fashion merchandising, buying, or retail planning. Strong knowledge of the fashion industry, current trends, and consumer behavior. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Creative eye for fashion, styling, and product curation. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
