Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION OF ASST. MANAGER –PROJECT SALES   Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. . Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Provide expert advice to customers on the benefits of solar energy systems and solutions. Conduct product presentations and site surveys to offer customized solar solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients to close sales effectively. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing post-sale support. Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and after project completion. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Coordinate with marketing to promote company products and services through events, campaigns, and promotions. Industry Expertise: . Key Requirements: Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the solar, renewable energy, or related industries (preferred but not essential). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred). Skills: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technology, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate complex technical information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).     Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
