Sales & Marketing Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and distributors in the engineered stone & natural stones industry. As the Sales & Marketing Manager (Area/Regional Sales Manager) in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in achieving revenue and market growth in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth in the assigned region. - Identify and build strong relationships with new clients including architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers. - Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop competitive strategies. - Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and expand business reach. - Oversee marketing initiatives including participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. - Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - 3-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in engineered stone & natural stones. - Strong local market knowledge and an existing client network in Coimbatore and nearby regions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business. - Self-driven, dynamic, and willing to travel extensively within the region.,
