Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Delhi NCR Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Construction/Building Material Sales Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with prior experience in selling construction and building materials in the Delhi NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective field sales and networking. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and real estate sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, engineers, and distributors. Promote and sell building materials such as cement, steel, tiles, paint, pipes, fittings, or other construction products. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Negotiate deals, prepare quotations, and close sales. Ensure timely payment collection from clients. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Key Requirements:Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in building materials, hardware, or construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction products and market in Delhi NCR. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
