Role Description

This is an internship role for a Sales & Marketing Intern. The intern will be responsible for supporting sales activities, assisting with marketing campaigns, providing customer service, and conducting market research. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with potential clients, participating in training sessions, and assisting the sales management team. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 6 months of experience in a startup (internship, project, or freelance work)
Hands-on experience with Apollo.io (SaaS) for lead generation, outreach, or campaign management
Familiarity with digital marketing workflows (social media, email campaigns, CRM updates)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with data (basic Excel/Sheets reporting, campaign metrics tracking)
Self-starter who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SEO/SEM and basic keyword research
Experience running paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools) for content creation
Understanding of content strategy and copywriting for different channels
Prior exposure to B2B SaaS marketing beyond Apollo (CRM, lead scoring, nurturing workflows)
