Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Intern at Wise Work, you will be supporting the Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, from lead generation to campaign execution. You will have the opportunity to work with the Sales and Strategy team to strengthen the outbound approach and brand presence. This role is ideal for individuals who are curious about tech companies" client acquisition processes, enjoy communicating with people, and seek hands-on experience in B2B marketing, client outreach, and voice-based sales enablement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting Go-to-Market strategy execution across industries such as AI, Cloud, IT Services, and Patents. - Conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. - Assisting in voice-based client outreach by engaging with decision-makers through calls and emails. - Drafting personalized outreach messages, campaign scripts, and follow-up sequences. - Coordinating and tracking sales funnel progress in CRM tools. - Collaborating with the marketing team to align content, posts, and lead-generation activities. - Maintaining and updating outreach databases for accuracy and efficiency. - Providing feedback from calls and interactions to improve messaging and approach. The ideal candidate for this role will possess: - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. - Strong research and organizational abilities. - Interest in B2B sales, marketing campaigns, and client relations. - Confidence in speaking over phone/video (training will be provided). - Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. - Proactive self-starter qualities who enjoy learning and taking ownership.
