Sales Intern - Outbound & Voice Process

As a Sales Intern at Wise Work, you will be an integral part of the Sales & Strategy team, focusing on outbound sales through cold calling and cold approach activities. Your role will involve executing outbound calls, setting up voice-based sales processes, maintaining detailed logs, utilizing CRM tools, and contributing to process improvements for higher conversion rates. Key Responsibilities: - Execute 100-150 outbound cold calls daily to engage potential clients. - Set up and manage the voice process for outbound sales. - Implement structured cold approach strategies to achieve sales goals. - Maintain detailed logs of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups. - Utilize CRM tools for lead management and progress tracking. - Assist in developing scripts, objection-handling guidelines, and call templates. - Report daily activities and insights to the Sales Manager. - Contribute to process enhancements for improved conversion efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English and Hindi. - Strong organizational skills to meet daily calling targets. - Basic knowledge of sales funnels, CRM tools, and lead generation is preferred. - Positive attitude, self-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
