Sales & Marketing Intern

As a Sales & Marketing Intern at Asja Wealth, you will actively contribute to business growth by supporting sales initiatives across insurance, mutual funds, and stock market training programs. The role involves direct client outreach, lead generation, and promotion of financial products and education programs through both digital and on-ground marketing efforts. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales strategy, customer engagement, and performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales – Insurance & Mutual Funds

Generate and qualify leads for insurance and mutual fund products

Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and support conversion activities

Assist in client onboarding, documentation, and database management

Prepare basic sales reports, follow-up trackers, and performance summaries

Sales – Stock Market Training Programs

Identify, approach, and engage individuals interested in stock market and trading courses

Promote training programs, workshops, and webinars to prospective learners

Support student onboarding and relationship management

Assist in executing sales campaigns for financial education initiatives

Marketing & Digital Outreach

Support digital marketing activities across Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other platforms

Assist in content posting, campaign execution, and response management

Track engagement, inquiries, and lead flow from marketing channels

Contribute ideas for promotional campaigns, reels, posts, and market-awareness content

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong interest in sales, marketing, and financial products

Willingness to engage with clients and work on lead generation targets

Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms

Good communication and persuasion skills (English and/or Hindi)

Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset

Students or freshers from commerce, management, marketing, or finance backgrounds preferred
