Role Overview:

As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that content, videos, reviews, and ratings are effectively communicated and delivered. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for digital marketing!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:

    Assist in the creation of content for marketing campaigns, including videos, blogs, reviews, and ratings, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
  • Team Coordination:

    Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, product, and customer support) to coordinate marketing initiatives and get things done efficiently.
  • Campaign Support:

    Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring all elements (content, video, social posts) are on schedule and up to quality standards.
  • Social Media Engagement:

    Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings on various platforms, ensuring that feedback is addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct research on current marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Track the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Administrative Support:

    Assist the marketing team with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organizing events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: Previous internship or work experience in marketing or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and external partners.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with fresh ideas for marketing content.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new marketing strategies and techniques.
