Role Overview

We are looking for a high-potential Sales & Marketing Intern with an interest in technology to drive commercial excellence. This is not a passive observational role; it is an execution-focused position designed for a candidate who can bridge the gap between Head Office strategy and Field Sales reality.
You will act as a force multiplier for the marketing team, spearheading the implementation of Digital tools, managing critical operational loops for new product launches and creating the data visibility required for leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

A. Digitalization Efforts

• Implementation & Hygiene: Support the rollout of digital tools
• Workflow Optimization & Automation: Assist in configuring workflows that automate processes

B. Product Launch Support (GTM Execution)

• Launch Readiness: Manage the logistical and collateral readiness for commercial scale-up.
• Competitor Analysis: Map competitor product specs, and bundle offers different segments to sharpen our market positioning.

D. Marketing Operations & Communication Loops

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, courses, and conferences.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for print, merchandise, and digital assets to ensure timely delivery for launch events.

Skills & Competencies

• Structured Thinking:

  Ability to break down complex problems into data-driven answers.

• Tech Savvy:

  Familiarity with digital tools and softwares is a significant advantage.

• Tools Proficiency:

  Advanced command of MS Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUP are mandatory) and

  PowerPoint

  (ability to create clean, executive-level slides).

• Process Discipline:

  The ability to follow up and close communication loops without being reminded.

• Commercial Acumen:

  A genuine interest in the business of MedTech—understanding how hospitals buy and how surgeons think.
