Key Responsibilities Student Counselling: Engage with potential students, understand their career goals, explain our training programs, and guide them toward suitable courses. Lead Management: Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, social media, and email. Nurture prospects until conversion. Content Creation: Write short posts, blogs, and updates for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Social Media Marketing: Assist in planning and scheduling regular posts, tracking engagement, and improving organic reach. Video Editing & Reels Creation: Edit short videos, reels, and YouTube content using simple tools (Canva, BigVu, YT Create, or Filmora). Digital Marketing Support: Support online campaigns, collect leads from ad responses, and maintain CRM data. Community Engagement: Interact with members of The Sales Gurukul community groups, ensuring active participation and positive engagement.
