Key Responsibilities

• Student Counselling:
• Engage with potential students, understand their career goals, explain our training programs, and guide them toward suitable courses.
• Lead Management:
• Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, social media, and email. Nurture prospects until conversion.
• Content Creation:
• Write short posts, blogs, and updates for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Assist in planning and scheduling regular posts, tracking engagement, and improving organic reach.
• Video Editing & Reels Creation:
• Edit short videos, reels, and YouTube content using simple tools (Canva, BigVu, YT Create, or Filmora).
• Digital Marketing Support:
• Support online campaigns, collect leads from ad responses, and maintain CRM data.
• Community Engagement:
• Interact with members of The Sales Gurukul community groups, ensuring active participation and positive engagement.
