Sales & Marketing Intern

Role Overview: As a Sales & Marketing Intern at ClimaCrew Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence through lead generation, field activities, customer engagement, and promotional initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales and marketing functions while contributing to real-world growth projects. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate cold calls and emails to set up introductory meetings with prospective customers. - Conduct regular field visits to markets, distributors, and client sites. - Assist in meeting preparation and shadow customer meetings. - Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners. - Collect and analyze market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback. - Support lead generation by mapping buyers, suppliers, and competitors; maintain clean contact/prospect lists. - Track leads through various stages of the marketing funnel and update the CRM with lead status, next steps, and ownership details. - Prepare industry-focused marketing reports, white papers, and market insights to support business strategies. - Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, brand events, and marketing activities. - Support social media initiatives - content creation, scheduling, and engagement. - Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for daily updates and activity tracking. Qualifications: - Pursuing or completed MBA in Marketing or related field.
