We’re looking for a Product & Merchandising Coordinator who can manage our textile catalogues, assist with product photography, coordinate online leads, and support basic merchandising activities such as sample management and buyer communication. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both creative and operational work — ideally with an eye for fabrics and design details. Key Responsibilities- Product Cataloguing Maintain detailed product records in Excel / Google Sheets (fabric specs, SKUs, pricing, stock) Coordinate with sourcing and weaving clusters for product updates and availability Tag and organize fabric swatches and samples for display or dispatch Photography & Visuals Capture clean, natural-light photos of fabrics and samples for catalogues, WhatsApp, and website Maintain photo folders with proper naming and file structure Assist in preparing digital lookbooks or sample decks for buyer Merchandising Support Coordinate with buyers on sampling, fabric specifications, and pricing Digital & Marketing Coordination Respond to social media or WhatsApp leads with product details and photos Share inquiries with the sales/marketing team for follow-up Support digital catalog updates, posts, and product promotions Track sample dispatches, approvals, and production timelines Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality checks Maintain buyer communication records and order sheets Pls note: those who can commute to Office Location of R T Nagar (near to Hebbal) only this apply. Assist the sales team in outreach through email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Support marketing activities such as social media posts, product catalog updates, and basic content creation. Help manage enquiries received through the website, Instagram, and other channels. Coordinate sample dispatches, follow-ups, and maintain CRM/lead sheets. Participate in exhibitions, events, and B2B interactions when required. Assist in preparing presentations, price sheets, and customer proposals.
