Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Sales & Marketing Head to lead our sales and marketing functions. The role requires a dynamic leader who can drive business growth, manage teams, build strategic partnerships, and design impactful marketing campaigns to position our brand strongly in the competitive travel & tourism market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all services.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team for high performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with B2B and B2C segments.
• Explore partnerships with corporate clients, hospitals, and international agencies.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and tie-ups.

Marketing Leadership

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
• Enhance brand visibility across social media, online platforms, and industry networks.
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and partners to promote services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven initiatives.

Strategic & Operational Responsibilities

• Oversee lead generation, conversions, and client retention strategies.
• Work closely with management to align business goals with market positioning.
• Track, analyze, and report sales & marketing performance metrics.
• Drive innovation in customer acquisition and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Medical Tourism sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and leading marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and modern sales techniques.
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
