Job Summary:

We are seeking a data analyst with strong analytical and marketing insight to support our growth by identifying market trends, customer behavior, and digital performance patterns. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to provide strategic insights on how to promote our services effectively and reach the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including website traffic, social media, customer feedback, and booking history.
• Identify audience segments and suggest targeted promotional strategies.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and suggest improvements.
• Monitor trends in the travel and forex industries and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on customer insights, sales trends, and digital campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop data-backed promotional plans and strategies.
• Recommend new digital channels or tools based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, data science, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in travel, tourism, or service industries.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO performance, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience working with CRM tools and customer segmentation.

Salary:

As per company standards and experience.
