Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour Operator to join our growing travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating domestic and international tour packages. You’ll handle client inquiries, book travel arrangements, and ensure a smooth travel experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and sightseeing tours using GDS and other systems
• Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after tours
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for seamless operations
• Handle travel documentation, visa guidance, insurance, etc.
• Manage payments, invoices, and maintain booking records
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any on-tour issues promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or as a tour operator (Freshers with strong communication and interest in travel may apply)
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software (GDS preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good knowledge of popular tourist destinations in India and abroad
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month (Based on experience)
