Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tour Operator for a full-time, on-site position in Kochi. The role involves organizing and coordinating guided tours, managing travel arrangements and reservations, handling customer queries, and designing itineraries to meet clients' needs. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with travel partners, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales strategies to promote travel packages and services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism expertise
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills and the ability to address client needs effectively
• Experience in Reservations and managing bookings
• Strong Sales abilities and skills in promoting travel packages
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle itineraries and client needs efficiently
• Knowledge of Indian travel destinations, especially North and South India, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry
