Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator located in Kochi. The Tour Operator will handle the coordination and management of travel itineraries, guided tours, and customer inquiries. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and supporting sales efforts. The role demands attention to detail and timely execution to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in guided tours and travel & tourism operations Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent client experiences Proficiency in reservations and booking systems Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Sales aptitude with the ability to effectively promote travel packages Excellent organizational and communication skills Knowledge of international destinations is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred) What You’ll Do Plan, organize, and coordinate group tours and leisure travel itineraries Collaborate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local partners Manage bookings, travel documents, visas, and itinerary-related paperwork Communicate effectively with clients to provide guidance, updates, and support Ensure seamless end-to-end execution of tours, resolving on-ground issues when needed Handle vendor negotiations, contracting, and service coordination Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience 📩 Apply today!
