MedoNext HMS — a next-generation, cloud-based hospital management software platform designed for Indian healthcare organisations. MedoNext offers AI-powered EMR, billing, lab workflows, inventory and stock control, mobile accessibility, comprehensive MIS reporting, and compliance with standards such as NABH and JCI. Hospitals and clinics use MedoNext to save time, reduce cost, and improve patient turnaround by automating workflows and offering one-system coverage from OPD to pharmacy and beds. 

As we scale our presence, we are seeking a visionary Sales & Marketing Head to lead growth and build our go-to-market engine.

Role Description

Sales & Marketing Head


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall Sales & Marketing strategy

    aligned with company goals.
  • Drive end-to-end sales efforts

    — lead generation, client presentations, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Sales & Marketing department

    , including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Identify new business opportunities

    , partnerships, and channels for customer acquisition.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competition

    to refine positioning and strategy.
  • Develop marketing campaigns

    including digital marketing, product branding, and outreach initiatives.
  • Work closely with leadership and product teams to align sales insights with product development.
  • Achieve revenue targets

    and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development (preferably in Healthcare IT / SaaS / Hospital Management Systems).
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles and enterprise software selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
