Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.  Lead Generation and Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.  Marketing Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across different channels, including digital marketing, social media, and print, to promote the company's products and services.  Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.  Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales data, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.  Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other teams, such as product development, customer support, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.  Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment.  Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance.  Essential Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field . Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing industry . Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets . Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its specific sales and marketing requirements . Experience in managing and mentoring a sales and marketing team
