Matrix-Shell Technologies specializes in telecom security services, focusing on comprehensive solutions to secure telecom signaling networks, including legacy and advanced technologies. We assist Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), and regulatory authorities in conducting penetration testing and audits to address potential vulnerabilities in networks such as SS7, Diameter, GTP, and Radio Access. As an industry member of GSMA, we collaborate with telecom operators and service providers worldwide to ensure the safety and reliability of telecommunications infrastructure.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune, for the role of a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that align with company goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with teams to create promotional content, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves overseeing branding initiatives, social media strategies, and customer engagement plans.

Qualifications:

·        Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content marketing

·        Strong skills in marketing strategy, market research, and data analytics

·        Experience in campaign management, branding, and customer engagement

·        Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities

·        Ability to collaborate across teams and coordinate marketing efforts effectively

·        Knowledge or experience in the telecom or technology sector is preferred

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field; an advanced degree is a plus

Required Skills & Knowledge

·        2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience in telecom, network security, or cybersecurity services, preferably in B2B environments.

·        Strong understanding of mobile networks (2G–5G), core network components and telecom security threats.

·        Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns, especially LinkedIn sponsored content, lead generation ads, and account-based campaigns targeting telecom operators and enterprises.

·        Experience in B2B services marketing, including proposal creation, solution positioning, and technical storytelling for complex security offerings.

·        Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and continuously improve lead quality.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical, pre-sales, and sales teams.

·        Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, ZOHO CRM tool and campaign reporting dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Engineering or technical background in Telecom / IT / Cybersecurity, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.

·        Prior experience working with mobile network operators (MNOs), ISPs, system integrators, or security consulting firms.

·        Experience managing global marketing campaigns, including targeting international markets and enterprise customers.

·        Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise lead nurturing for long sales cycles.
