Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Marketing Executive – Sales & Advertising to strengthen advertising revenues and brand presence for our B2B magazines. The role focuses on media sales, advertiser acquisition, client relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives within the construction, infrastructure, and allied industries. Key Responsibilities Advertising Sales & Business Development ● Generate advertising revenue for print, digital, special issues, and supplements ● Identify and onboard new advertisers from construction, infrastructure, real estate, and allied sectors ● Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, EPC companies, consultants, developers, and agencies ● Present media plans, rate cards, and customized advertising solutions ● Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets Marketing & Brand Promotion ● Promote magazine visibility among industry stakeholders and decision-makers ● Drive marketing campaigns for special editions, project features, and industry-focused issues ● Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and industry collaborations ● Support branding initiatives across exhibitions, conferences, and industry events Client Coordination & Campaign Execution ● Ensure timely collection of ad materials and approvals from clients ● Coordinate with editorial, design, and production teams for smooth execution ● Maintain client databases, follow-ups, and post-campaign reporting Market Research & Strategy ● Track trends across architecture, construction, infrastructure, and technology sectors ● Analyze competitor publications and advertising opportunities ● Identify new revenue streams such as advertorials, digital promotions, branded content, and event partnerships Qualifications & Skills ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field (Freshers can also apply) ● 1–4 years of experience in media sales, B2B marketing, or advertising ● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ● Understanding of print and digital advertising formats ● Target-oriented, self-motivated, and relationship-focused ● Knowledge of construction, infrastructure, or architecture sectors is an advantage What We Offer ● Attractive performance-based incentives ● Exposure to India’s leading construction and infrastructure brands ● Opportunity to work at the intersection of media, technology, and built environment ● Career growth in B2B media sales and marketing
