This is a field-based B2B sales role involving client visits, relationship building, and revenue generation across Kerala. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in institutional sales, government sales, B2B furniture sales, or corporate sales. Key Responsibilities Generate B2B furniture sales from: Hospitals Colleges & Educational Institutions Corporate Offices Government Offices & Public Sector Units (PSUs) Flats, Apartments & Builders Shopping Malls & Commercial Projects Promote Oxford Furniture products and solutions to institutional clients Visit government departments for enquiries, registrations, and sales opportunities Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve sales targets Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams Study and understand the complete furniture product range before field sales Suggest marketing strategies, brand promotion ideas, and new product concepts Maintain daily/weekly reports of visits, leads, and sales performance Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Executive, or Sales Manager roles Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience in institutional sales, corporate sales, furniture sales, or government tenders is a plus Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly energetic Willing to travel extensively for field sales activities Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + performance-based commission Commission applicable on all sales closed Transportation charges reimbursed Company vehicle provided for long-route sales visits Stable role with a reputed, long-established furniture brand Job Type Full-time | Field Sales | B2B Sales Location Kollam,Kerala
