Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive/Sales Co-ordinator Location: Ahmedabad , Shilaj Reports to: Area Sales Manager Job Type: Full-time/Field Work/Inside sales depend up to interview Experience- 2-3 year Key Responsibilities: • Sales and Business Development: o Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for glass products (e.g., architectural glass, automotive glass, mirrors, tempered glass, etc.). o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients. o Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Product Knowledge & Presentation: o Maintain an in-depth understanding of glass products, market trends, and applications. o Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers (individuals, architects, contractors, and construction companies). • Negotiation and Closing Sales: o Develop pricing strategies and proposals based on customer requirements and the company’s pricing guidelines. o Handle negotiations and close sales, ensuring timely follow-ups and delivery schedules. • Market Research: o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales tactics accordingly. o Collect customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. • Reporting and Documentation: o Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to track performance. o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and pipeline status. • Customer Service: o Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. o Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Key Requirements: • Education & Experience: o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. o 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the glass, construction, or manufacturing industry. • Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong negotiation and closing skills. o Knowledge of glass products, their applications, and market trends is a plus. o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o CRM software knowledge is a plus. • Personal Attributes: o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Additional Requirements: o Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and business development.
