Job Summary

Factory Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Documentation

Prepare
Invoices, Proforma Invoices, and Delivery Challans
Ensure billing accuracy as per confirmed orders
Maintain
client-wise and order-wise billing records
Coordinate with accounts team for billing closure

Order Processing & Confirmation

Prepare and verify
order confirmations
Check order details (glass type, size, quantity, specifications)
Share confirmed orders with the
production team
Track orders from confirmation to dispatch

Production & Team Coordination

Coordinate with
production and factory teams
for order status
Confirm
production completion timelines
Update internal teams on progress and dispatch readiness

Dispatch Coordination

Coordinate with dispatch team for delivery planning
Ensure all documents are ready before material dispatch

Office & System Work

Work on
MS Excel, Word, and Email
Maintain proper
system and physical documentation
Prepare daily / weekly status reports

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, Word & Email
Basic calculation and data entry skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualification

Diploma holder (Any Stream) / Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience in
Factory / Manufacturing / Glass / Construction / Interior industry
preferred
