Sales & Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for promoting a wide range of vocational courses offered by George Telegraph Training Institute. Your role will include generating leads, converting them into enrollments, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and executing marketing campaigns, organizing promotional events, and building brand awareness through various activities such as representing the institute at education fairs and community events. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential students and influencers - Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments - Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets - Plan and execute offline and online marketing campaigns - Organize promotional events, seminars, school/college visits, and career counseling sessions - Distribute promotional materials and engage in field marketing activities - Represent the institute at education fairs and community events - Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and local influencers - Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment data - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any field - 0-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in education or training - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Goal-oriented with a passion for fieldwork and outreach - Basic computer skills (MS Office, email) What We Offer: - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives - Opportunities for career growth and professional development - A meaningful role in empowering youth and shaping futures Please note that the job type for this position is full-time with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and paid sick time.
