Develop and execute a strategic business development plan targeting enterprise and mid-size clients. Identify, prospect, and engage with decision-makers to generate qualified leads and opportunities. Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure. Focus on service sales including [customize: IT services, managed services, cloud, security, consulting, etc.]. Build and nurture strong relationships with CXO-level executives and key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams) to design customized solutions. Track, report, and forecast sales performance through CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position the company as a trusted advisor. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals of 25-30 Cr.
5–7 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within service-based industries (IT/technology/consulting preferred). Strong track record of selling into enterprise and mid-size companies. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth. Strong understanding of solution/service-based sales (consultative selling). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels (CXO/Director/VP). Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management. Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
