  • Build and lead a team of freshers for daily cold calling, lead generation, site visit bookings, and follow-ups.

This is a hands-on role perfect for a real estate sales professional who thrives on customer interaction and closing deals over the phone and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personally perform high-volume cold calling to generate fresh leads for plot/flat sales.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of fresher telecallers focused on B2C lead generation and marketing.
  • Develop effective calling scripts, objection-handling techniques, and sales strategies tailored to real estate buyers.
  • Monitor team performance (daily calls, site visits booked, bookings achieved) and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Follow up on leads, conduct virtual/in-person presentations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
  • Coordinate site visits, documentation, and payment processes with customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for plots/flats bookings and revenue.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience:

    Minimum 4-8 years in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in

    B2C sales of plots, flats/apartments, or residential properties directly to customers

    . Strong cold calling/telecalling experience in real estate is mandatory. Prior team management experience is required.
  • Education:

    Any Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills Required:

    • Proven track record of personally closing plot/flat sales through cold calling and follow-ups.
    • Excellent team leadership, training, and motivation skills for managing freshers.
    • Outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills (Telugu + English mandatory; Hindi is a plus).
    • In-depth knowledge of real estate buying process, legal aspects, and customer objections.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure targets and rejection positively.
    • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
    • Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred (for site visits and client meetings).
  • Mandatory Requirements:

    • Willing to relocate to or already based in Nellore.
    • Work from Office only

      No remote/hybrid option.
