We are seeking a high-performing

Sales Manager

with proven experience in

B2B SaaS

and

HRMS solutions

to drive new client acquisition for our

Compliance and Processing Managed Services

. This role demands a strategic sales professional with a hunter mindset, capable of creating a robust pipeline, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, while engaging with CXO-level decision-makers and internal stakeholders to deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

  • New Client Acquisition & Pipeline Building
  • Drive new client acquisition by prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and other lead generation channels.
  • Identify and target large enterprise accounts for HRMS and compliance-managed services.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with qualified prospects to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for headcount acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client base.
  • Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization and follow-up.
  • Relationship Management & CXO Engagement
  • Develop high-level relationships with CXO's and senior decision-makers to position the company as a trusted partner.
  • Conduct impactful product presentations, demos, and solution discussions tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure consistent communication and rapport building to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Analyze the latest market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies and improve win rates.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to deliver on client expectations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Manage internal communication to ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capabilities.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting
  • Accurately forecast sales performance, tracking progress against targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong preference for HRMS or compliance-related solutions.
  • Proven track record of new business acquisition and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, negotiation strategies, and decision-making hierarchies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation platforms
