Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in India, focusing on healthcare projects and cleanroom solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and manufacturing industries.
• Promote and sell cleanroom solutions, hospital engineering services, and medical equipment.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and project consultants.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with the engineering team for smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare, hospital equipment, or cleanroom solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
