About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to oversee our Kochi sales operations. You will be responsible for managing a sales team, meeting revenue targets, and implementing effective sales strategies in the EdTech/training sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Track sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to optimize strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Experience in the EdTech or training industry preferred.
