Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Wastewater Treatment & Evaporators to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, ZLD systems, and evaporators, combined with proven expertise in industrial sales. The role requires high client engagement, business development skills, and the ability to drive sales growth across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for assigned regions.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Conduct techno-commercial discussions with customers to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the proposals team for timely and competitive submission of offers.
Coordinate with the lead generation team and B2B lead manager for business opportunities.
Engage with potential clients, identify needs, and deliver customized proposals.
Follow up with customers for technical clarifications, negotiations, and order closures.
Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and lead generation.
Provide regular reports to management on sales pipeline, discussions, and conversion status.

ZLD Systems
Evaporators
RO Plants
ETP/STP
Industrial wastewater treatment processes
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment and evaporator systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage regional sales operations.
High adaptability with willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
Qualification & Experience
B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
5–8 years of industrial sales experience in wastewater treatment / evaporators / ZLD solutions.
Languages
Mandatory: Hindi, English
Preferred (location-based): Telugu, Marathi, Kannada
Other Details
Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA + Incentives (on achieving sales targets)
Probation Period: 6 months
Travel Requirement: ~70%
Joining: Immediate to 1 month from offer date
