Position Overview: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineers and Managers to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in water and wastewater treatment, particularly ZLD systems, and a proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and sales of ZLD systems and water treatment solutions to industrial clients. Identify and qualify potential customers in target sectors (chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.). Understand customer requirements through site visits, technical discussions, and needs analysis. Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals. Collaborate with internal technical teams for solution design and pricing. Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation to order closure. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Key Requirements: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: Sales Engineer: 2–5 years in industrial sales (preferably in water treatment or ZLD). Sales Manager: 5+ years in a similar role with leadership responsibilities. Technical knowledge of ZLD systems, evaporators, RO, ETP/STP, and wastewater treatment processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
