This is a full-time on-site position based in Noida for a Sales Manager – Vendor Development & Distribution.
·Map potential distribution partners: system integrators, O&G EPCs, energy management firms, automation vendors, industrial consultants.
·Evaluate prospective partners based on fit in target verticals (e.g., power, manufacturing, O&G), their client reach, tech alignment, and credibility.
·Lead from prospecting to onboarding: negotiate contracts, align incentives, and define roles/responsibilities.
·Develop a tiered distribution model (e.g., Platinum channel partners, Regional ambassadors).
·Define market coverage strategies (e.g., by geography, industry, segment), supported by the R&D hub and broader global footprint.
·Set revenue share models, co-marketing, and metrics for partner effectiveness.
·Create sales and technical enablement programs: product training, co-sell playbooks.
·Coordinate pilot projects and joint proposals.
· Define partner performance dashboards (e.g., leads generated, closures, customer satisfaction).
·Facilitate inbound/outbound referrals to partners, track pipeline handover and conversion.
·Implement CRM workflows—monitor funnel stages, forecast partner-influenced sales.
·Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Delivery, R&D) to shape partner-influenced offerings.
·Work with R&D centre to build joint IP or co-developed vertical modules—reinforcing partner value
·Build annual/quarterly budgets for partner-led revenue streams.
·Track and report metrics: sales volumes, profitability, partner satisfaction.
·Align with Marketing for co-branded outreach, events, and webinars targeting vertical segments.
·Work with Delivery & Customer Success to ensure smooth implementation and up-selling via partner channels.
· Min. two years of relevant experience
· Experience in Vendor Development, Vendor Management, and Distribution
· Strong negotiation and contract management skills
· Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective strategies
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency in supply chain operations and logistics
· Proven track record in sales management and vendor relations
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
