We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FI Manager responsible for driving sales and managing the business for Honeywell Field Instruments and gas portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, team leadership ability, and a proven track record in business development.
Manage and grow the business of third-party field instruments (FI), including Honeywell, and deliver turnkey solutions.
Lead regular business operations in coordination with the distribution and internal teams.
Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Coordinate closely with the Honeywell FI/Gas team for strategic alignment.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Drive sales planning, order execution, and monthly/weekly dispatch tracking.
Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Initiate product training programs and introduce new product lines to the team and clients.
B.E. in E&TC / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation (Post-graduation preferred but not mandatory).
6–10 years of experience in field instrumentation sales/distribution.
Knowledge of Honeywell transmitters and product portfolio will be an added advantage.
Strong business development, team management, and customer engagement skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting capabilities.
Self-driven, customer-focused, and a team player.
