Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in Mathura. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Lead generation through CRE''s and channel partners.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Manage dealer relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.

Train and guide CRE''s to achieve sales targets.

Ensure data management and reporting to support business decisions.

Manage a team of CRE''s, including target setting, dealer allocation, and performance management.

Job

Good communication skills and negotiation abilities.

Market knowledge and analytical skills to drive sales growth.

Product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Compliance orientation and process management skills.

Preferably a graduate degree.

Experience in UCV Finance - Motor Finance - Sales is an added advantage.
