To strengthen our presence across key markets, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct product presentations and offer technical support to clients. Submit regular sales activity reports and gather insights on market trends and competition. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in fasteners, hardware, or industrial products . Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
